The farmhouse at Cuckoo Down is now available for holiday lets. Visitors to the farmhouse are welcome to enjoy the woods, fields and streams of the farm’s 30 acres

It is a traditional four-bedroomed detached farmhouse which sleeps up to 12. It is surrounded by half an acre of enclosed garden and looks out over beautiful views of woodlands and fields. The house and garden are very secluded and peaceful.

Downstairs there is a large eat-in kitchen (16’ X 22’) with French doors onto the garden. There’s also a sitting room (13’ X 14’) with a sofa bed and a working open fireplace. The games room (10X10) has sofa bed. There is a large utility room for boots, coats and wetsuits and a family bathroom (10’ X 12’) with big walk-in shower.

Upstairs there are four double bedrooms. Two (one 12’ X 12’, one 12’ X 14’) have double beds and two (one 10’ X 9’, one 10’ X 10’) have twin beds. There is another bathroom (8’ x 8’) with a bath (shower over). There is central heating and constant hot water. A travel cot and highchair is available.

The farmhouse is available from the beginning of May, weekly. Changeover is on Saturday, arriving after 4pm. Prices start from £495 a week, contact us to book.
