Mountain biking: We’re close to Dartmoor and Exmoor. You can reach the nationally-renowned off-road cycling of Woodbury Common via track and bridleway from the farm.
Cycling: The great biking roads of rural Devon are on your doorstep, including Exmoor and Dartmoor. We can arrange collection and bike transport. We offer special rates and deals for groups of cyclists taking part in cyclo-sportives.
For climbers, we’re just a short drive from the internationally recognised Chudleigh Rocks.
If you love the beach, there’s Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth, Beer and Branscombe all within 6-7 miles.
Garden lovers will enjoy the fabulous displays at Bicton, Cadhay Manor and the National Trust’s Killerton House
Children will love damming our stream and playing hide-and-seek in the woods. They’ll also have fun at Escot House three miles away with its maze, pirate ship and cafe all set in beautiful stately home parkland.
Walkers can explore the beautiful East Devon countryside – suggested routes and maps are provided.
We’re a 45 minute drive from Dartmoor and Exmoor and five miles from the South West Coast Path and the world Heritage site of the Jurassic Coast.
